Nicholas D’Andrea joined Trout in 2023. Nick is a proven business leader with over ten years of data analytics and business consulting experience.
Nicholas graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accountancy.
As a Manager of Transaction Advisory Services, Nick assists buyers and sellers in all facets of a transaction. Nick specializes in M&A and financial due diligence services for private equity and corporate clients. He has seven years of transaction advisory services and accounting experience across various industries, including construction, industrial manufacturing, financial services, and transportation.
Prior to Trout, Nick started his career at PwC in the audit department, specializing in financial services.
In his free time, Nick enjoys working out, trying new restaurants with his fiancé, and real estate investing. He currently resides in Center City, Philadelphia.
