Sam joined Trout CPA in 2026, bringing more than seven years of experience in public accounting, corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and business consulting.
Sam graduated from Appalachian State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
As a Manager of Transaction Advisory Services, Sam leverages his financial and industry expertise to guide clients through the full transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and valuation to deal structuring and post-transaction integration.
Through this hands-on approach, he helps clients gain the clarity and confidence needed to make informed decisions and maximize the value of their transactions.
In his free time, Sam enjoys golfing, tackling home improvement projects, and chasing after his toddler. He lives in Bucks County with his wife and child.
