Practice Areas

Jodie joined Trout CPA in 2026 with over seven years of experience providing accounting, business valuation, and advisory services to closely held businesses and their advisors.

As a Valuation Services Manager, Jodie leverages his analytical experience to assist business owners, attorneys, and advisors with tax and regulatory compliance, ownership transitions, and strategic planning.

Jodie has prepared business valuations for a wide range of purposes, including gift and estate tax planning, SBA and commercial financing, litigation support, and merger and acquisition transactions. His advisory experience includes Quality of Earning analyses, feasibility studies, and ERP and financial systems implementation support.

In his free time, Jodie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and fishing. He lives in Perry County with his wife and three children.
