First, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Aaron Fleitman, who has been granted the prestigious AM (Accredited Member) designation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). This designation is a testament to Aaron's unwavering dedication and expertise in the field of business valuation. Achieving this designation is no small feat; it requires passing four rigorous tests covering a wide array of topics on business valuation services.
Aaron joined Trout CPA in 2023 as a Senior Associate and proven analyst with over six years of experience in business advisory and valuation. In 2016, he graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics. Leveraging his technology proficiency and Accreditation in Business Valuation, Aaron provides insightful financial analysis and conclusions needed for the valuation of businesses as well as buy-side or sell-side business acquisition transaction advisory services. In his free time, he loves to spend quality time with his family.
In addition to Aaron's remarkable achievement, we're equally delighted to announce Clair Eby, CPA/CVA, has been elected as Vice President of the PA East Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). The PA East Chapter of NACVA plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional development among its members. As Vice President, Clair will have the opportunity to shape the chapter's initiatives, drive growth, and support fellow valuation professionals in their professional journeys.
Clair joined Trout CPA in 2011. He graduated from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Clair is a CPA and a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst). As a Senior Associate, he brings a strong technical tax background to the Valuation Team when performing business valuation engagements. Clair lives in Lancaster County and enjoys traveling, photography, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.
