Andrew Rice joined Trout CPA in 2022, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in audit, consulting, and private equity roles. As the Managing Director of Transaction Advisory Services, Andrew has played a pivotal role in assisting buyers and sellers in all facets of transactions. His extensive background advising private equity firms, corporate entities, and family or founder-owned businesses through M&A transactions has given him a unique approach to effectively collaborating with investment bankers, legal teams, and other intermediaries on behalf of our clients.
A proud graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 2007, Andrew's leadership and expertise have had an immediate impact on our firm's capabilities.
