Trout CPA Professionals to Begin Working Remotely

Client Letter

Dear Client,

Trout CPA’s top priority has always been to deliver superior service to our clients. In the current environment, we are taking steps to protect the health and safety of our team and their families as well as our clients, given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Such steps will undoubtedly result in a change in the manner in which our services are provided to you.  Rest assured, however, that we will continue in our commitment to serve as your Trusted Advisors through this time of uncertainty.

Following today’s announcement from Governor Wolf, all of our office locations will be closed to outside visitors for the next two weeks beginning March 16th at midnight and our staff will begin to work remotely. We will be monitoring the situation to determine if these arrangements need to be extended.

Our technological capabilities enable our team to work seamlessly from remote locations. Your emails and direct dial phone calls will be answered as per usual. However, our central office lines may be limited to automated voicemail at times. Such voicemail will be checked at regular intervals and distributed to the appropriate member of our staff.  If you have paper documents, we have drop boxes available at our Lancaster and Carlisle locations that will be checked at regular intervals.  However, we strongly encourage you to use secure electronic communication as an alternative.

These extraordinary steps are necessary to help preserve the health of our clients, our professionals, and our communities.

On behalf of the Trout CPA team, I want to thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.

Thank you,

Todd Harrington, CPA, CVA, GCMA
Managing Partner
