Trout CPA is pleased to welcome Sam Straw as a Manager of Transaction Advisory Services.
Sam brings more than seven years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and business consulting. His combination of accounting, financial analysis, and business advisory experience strengthens Trout CPA’s ability to help business owners, buyers, sellers, and investors navigate complex transactions.
In his role, Sam works with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, including financial due diligence, business valuation, deal structuring, and post-transaction integration. “Sam’s experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and consulting provides a valuable perspective for our clients,” said Andrew Rice, CPA, CVA. “As we continue to expand our transaction advisory capabilities, his financial expertise and hands-on approach will further strengthen the support we provide to businesses navigating acquisitions, sales, and other strategic transactions.”

Outside of work, Sam enjoys golfing, home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.
