Trout CPA is excited to announce that Barb Sanborn is transitioning to a new role within our firm as a Multi-State Sales & Use Tax Senior Associate.
With an impressive career spanning over two decades in accounting, Barb is well-versed in a variety of software applications, including Avalara, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online. Moreover, she brings extensive expertise in navigating the sales & use tax platforms of multiple states.
In her new role, Barb will leverage her multi-state sales & use tax expertise to assist clients in the registration process for sales & use tax account numbers, facilitate the setup of Avalara for streamlined sales tax filing, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
In her free time, Barb enjoys hiking and camping with her family, reading, crafts, and watching football. She lives in Lancaster County with her husband and three daughters.
