Randall Weaver, CPA

Randall Weaver joined Trout CPA in 2011 and brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the firm. He graduated magna cum laude from Millersville University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Randall is an active member of the firm’s Construction & Real Estate and Manufacturing & Distribution Industry Groups.

As a Partner, Randall leads Trout CPA’s Real Estate practice area, where he oversees all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and business consulting for many of the firm’s most significant clients. He specializes in working with real estate investors, developers, and syndicates, providing strategic guidance on entity structuring, tax-efficient investment strategies, and long-term wealth planning.

Randall is widely recognized as a thought leader in the real estate tax space, particularly in areas such as commercial real estate (including multifamily), short-term rental taxation, bonus depreciation, and advanced tax strategies for real estate investors. He regularly authors blogs and educational content designed to simplify complex tax concepts and help investors make more informed decisions. In addition, he is a frequent guest on industry podcasts, where he shares practical insights on topics including entity formation, tax optimization strategies, and leveraging depreciation to enhance investment returns.

Outside of his professional work, Randall enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in his church, and being involved with his local soccer club. He resides in Lancaster County with his wife and two children.
