Doug joined Trout CPA in 2025, bringing ten years of experience in M&A advisory, company audits, and business advisory services. His background includes financial due diligence, technical accounting expertise, risk evaluation, and financial statement analysis.

As a Manager of Transaction Advisory Services, Doug plays a crucial role in guiding clients through complex financial transactions and leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, assessing quality of earnings reports, working capital, cash flow, and potential deal risks. Doug helps clients make informed strategic decisions and navigate critical aspects of the deal cycle for financial institutions, corporations, privately held and owner-operated companies within industries including manufacturing, construction & real estate, professional services, technology, and government, among others.

In his free time, Doug enjoys playing golf, exercising, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with friends and family. He lives in King of Prussia.
