Trout CPA is excited to announce the promotions of Becca Hrubochak, CPA and Nikelle Druck to Partner effective December 1, 2024.
Becca Hrubochak
Since joining Trout CPA in 2016, Becca has distinguished herself as a standout professional with the firm. Her thoughtful and insightful approach has significantly impacted both her clients and colleagues, earning her a reputation as an exceptional advisor and mentor. As a Senior Manager, Becca has led numerous complex audit engagements, serving the firm’s assurance clients with integrity, responsiveness, and timeliness. In addition to her assurance work, Becca has provided strategic leadership as a Fractional CFO for a variety of clients.
Becca’s leadership extends beyond client service. She plays an active leadership role in the firm’s Assurance Service Line and Quality Control Committee with a focus on Non-Profit Organizations, Manufacturing Companies, and Employee Benefit Plans.

A summa cum laude graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Becca earned her CPA designation in 2017. She has received numerous accolades, including being named one of PICPA’s Young Leaders to Watch in 2022. Becca is also a proud graduate of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class of 2022 and actively serves on the Audit Committee for Water Street Ministries.
Outside her professional responsibilities, Becca enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and running. She resides in Lancaster County with her husband.
Nikelle Druck
Since joining Trout CPA in 2019, Nikelle has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership. As Director of Client Accounting Services, she has been instrumental in optimizing client onboarding, guiding businesses through seamless transitions to Trout CPA’s solutions, and offering invaluable insights on maximizing accounting systems and industry-specific software. Nikelle’s promotion to Partner underscores Trout CPA’s dedication to expanding its Outsourced Accounting practice and offering clients expert guidance and solutions.
Nikelle graduated from Penn State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is an alumna of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class of 2021. Her leadership extends beyond her role at the firm; she plays an active role in the community as the Finance Committee Chair for Meals on Wheels.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nikelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, exercising, and traveling. She resides in Lititz with her husband, son, and their golden retriever.
