LANCASTER, Pennsylvania (June 17, 2022) – Trout CPA a top-ranked regional accounting firm specializing in accounting, tax, and advisory services is pleased to announce that Andrew Rice, CPA, CVA has joined the firm as Managing Director of Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to joining Trout CPA, Andrew was a Partner with a regional private equity firm.
In his new role, Andrew will provide clients with a full range of M&A advisory services, including pre-sale preparation, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, Quality of Earnings analysis, and post-close integration. Additionally, Andrew has significant experience in general management consulting to assist businesses in growth strategy, KPI implementation, and forecasting. He has over 15 years of accounting and advisory experience, having begun his career as an auditor with a “Big 4” accounting firm.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He has served on the board of directors for various nonprofit organizations in Lancaster and was named a Forty Under 40 award winner by the Central Penn Business Journal.
