Trout CPA is proud to announce that our Partner Tiffany Bender, CPA, CCIFP, has been selected as a 2025 Central Penn Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree. This award recognizes rising leaders in Central Pennsylvania who have excelled in their careers while making a meaningful impact on their communities, as chosen by past recipients and the Central Penn Business Journal leadership team.
Tiffany has been an integral part of Trout CPA since joining in 2013. As an Assurance Partner, she provides assurance services to companies across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the construction industry. Tiffany helps clients navigate complex accounting standards, internal control considerations, and evolving financial reporting requirements. She currently serves on the firm’s Construction & Real Estate and Employee Benefit Plan Industry Groups and is an active member of the Quality Control Committee and the ESOP Committee.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Tiffany is actively involved in mentoring within the firm, supporting the technical and professional development of our professionals. She is also involved in the community as the Treasurer of the Central PA Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, on the Audit Committee of the Lancaster Chamber, and a board member of the Lancaster Early Education Center.
Tiffany and the other honorees will be recognized at the Forty Under 40 awards celebration and reception at the Hilton Harrisburg on October 27, 2025. They have been announced in the August 29 issue of the Central Penn Business Journal.
