Managers

Matthew Burkhart, CPA
Matt joined Trout CPA in 2013. He graduated from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He currently serves on the firm’s Not-for-Profit, Manufacturing, and Government Practice Groups.
As a Manager, Matt will handle all aspects of audit and attest services, including financial statement preparation for some of the firm’s significant clients. Matt also prepares individual income tax returns, as well as many not-for-profit tax filings.
Martha Guaigua, CPA
Martha joined Trout CPA in 2014. She graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She currently serves on the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group.
As a Manager, Martha handles such tax services as individual and small business tax return preparation, tax planning, and tax notices. Martha also handles the preparation of trust and estate tax returns and gift tax returns.
Tim Vinson, CPA
Tim joined Trout CPA in August 2015. He graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He currently serves on the firm’s Construction, Manufacturing, and Employee
Benefit Plans Practice Groups.
As a Manager, Tim handles all aspects of audit and attest services; performing financial statement audit, review, and compilation procedures, as well as financial statement preparation.
