A Message to Tax Clients

Dear Client,

As the Coronavirus continues to spread throughout the United States, we STRONGLY encourage you to drop off your tax information by Friday, March 20. Even if you haven’t finished gathering all of your information, please drop off what you have thus far. If necessary, our employees have the technology to continue working from home, and will process returns as long as possible.

In keeping with the recommendations of the Commonwealth’s Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disease Control, if you are scheduled to visit our office in the coming weeks, we ask that if you are not feeling well, have recently traveled to Europe, Asia or any other country where widespread transmission of illness caused by COVID-19 is ongoing, or have been in close contact with people who have traveled to these high risk areas, please contact us and we will make arrangements to conduct the meeting by video conference or conference call.

Clients who are served out of our Lancaster and Carlisle offices are encouraged to use the drop box (Lancaster) and mail slot (Carlisle) rather than in person meetings, or contact your preparer about secure electronic methods.

We wish for the continued health and safety of all of our clients and professionals, and look forward to working to meet your needs during this difficult time.

Thank you,

Todd Harrington, CPA, CVA, GCMA
