2019 was LNP's first Annual Best Workplace in Lancaster County award. In August 2019, LNP sought company nominations for Best Workplaces starting in early August. Of those companies nominated, half elected to participate. The awards were broken down by the following company sizes:
- large (201+ employees)
- medium (101-200 employees)
- medium-small (21-100 employees)
- small (20 or fewer employees).
