**Customer Invoice History Tracker**  
Real-time invoice status tracking. The view of invoice status includes:

- Invoice Created and Due Date
- Invoice Viewed Date
- Amount/Date of Customer Receive Payment recorded in QuickBooks Desktop
- Invoice Email Date
- Customer Name

**Prompt to Create Bill Payment When Using Write Check**   
Check for Bills prompt will display when entering a check for a vendor who has open bills. Helps avoid writing a check when  
the Pay Bills function should be used.

**Easy Upgrade**   
Simple two-click process to install newest version of QBD. Process allows user to retain older version of QBD.

**Condense Date File Optimization**   
Reduce QBD company file without deleting any data. QBD will clean up some performance logs and technical details, resulting in an estimated 32 percent file size reduction.

**Intuit Data Protect**   
Data Protect helps protect data from loss or damage by backing up file automatically. It also provides the option to receive anotification on scheduled backups failures and successes.

**QuickBooks MAC 2019 Update**  
Prior to 2019, the last update was 2016. New prominent features include iCloud document sharing, Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation Discrepancy Report, Email Tracking, Square Import, Report Windows, and User Passwords.
