Todd L. Harrington, CPA, CVA


Todd L. Harrington, CPA, CVA joined Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP after graduating from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He was admitted as a partner in 2007. In 2006, he was granted the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

As a partner, Todd's focus and expertise is in auditing, tax planning, and consulting. He serves clients in a variety of areas including manufacturing, construction, and not-for-profit. Todd also serves on the firm's marketing committee.

Todd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylavania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Ayalysts.

As part of the Lancaster County community, Todd is happy to participate in service of several local charities. He is currently Chairman of the Audit Committte of Water Street Rescue Mission where he also participates on the Finance Committee. In addition, he is involved as a board member of Cornerstone Pregnancy Care Services and Treasurer of the Rocky Springs Carousel Association. Todd is a member of Lancaster Evangelical Free Church.
