Jill E. Gilbert, CPA


Jill E. Gilbert, CPA joined Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP in 1995 and was admitted as a partner in 2007. Jill has expertise in audits of employee benefit plans, governmental agencies and non-profits. Additionally, Jill serves on the firm's Marketing Committee, Audit Efficiency Committee and Quality Control Committee.

Jill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance, and a math minor from Elizabethtown College. She has met the requirements concerning specific governmental accounting and auditing countinuing professional education.

As a professional, Jill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She is also an active member of the community. Jill serves on the Board of Directors of Willow Valley Retirement Communities, is a member of the Elizabethtown Rotary Club and the vice-chairman of the Elizabethtown Fire Company Endowment Fund
