Barry C. Huber, CPA


As Managing Partner, Barry C. Huber, CPA is responsible for the overall operations of Trout Ebersole & Groff, LLP. Additionally, he specializes in the areas of tax and consulting services and estate planning. He often works with construction and manufacturing companies as well as a variety of small business clients.

Barry is a graduate of Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He joined Trout Ebersole & Groff, LLP in 1973 and was admitted as a partner in 1977. Barry has been the Managing Partner since 1999.

Barry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Lancaster Estate Planning Council, and the Economic Development Finance Committee.

Barry is currently a board member of a community bank, as well as Bizcorp. He is also a board member of the Lancaster County Foundation, in addition to being a member of the foundation’s Professional Advisors’ Board.

Barry is a past Chair and Treasurer of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past President of Willow Street Lions Club, past board member of the American Red Cross in Lancaster, past member of the Lancaster Crime Commission Task Force and past member of the Lancaster Theological Seminary Advisory Committee.
