TEG Offers QuickBooks Online Classes in October

Whether you are new to QuickBooks® Online, need a refresher, or you want to learn best practices to coordinate invoicing and receiving payments from customers, Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP has a class for you!

INTRODUCTION & NAVIGATION

Tuesday, October 15, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

This class provides an introductory overview of QuickBooks Online. The new user will learn to navigate through the software, customize the QuickBooks file, add and edit customers and vendors, and set up and use bank feeds.

Topics include:

  • Choosing a QuickBooks Online version
  • Customizing file settings and forms
  • Navigating QuickBooks Online
  • Customers and vendors set-up
  • Bank feeds and bank rule set-up
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reports (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement)

            

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Thursday, October 17, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

This class provides an introduction and overview of the Accounts Receivable cycle using QuickBooks Online.

Topics include:

  • Adding, modifying, and deleting customers
  • Customizing Invoice templates
  • Creating products/services
  • Creating invoices
  • Receiving payments
  • Making deposits
  • Matching transactions in the bank feeds
  • Creating and reviewing accounts receivable reports

Prerequisite: QuickBooks Online – Introduction & Navigation Class, or have a familiarity and understanding of the topics covered in that course.  

       

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Tuesday, October 22, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

This class provides an introduction and overview of the Accounts Payable cycle using QuickBooks Online.   

Topics include:

  • Adding, modifying, and deleting vendors
  • Setting up 1099 vendors
  • Entering and pay bills.
  • Entering and printing checks
  • Matching transactions in the bank feeds
  • Creating and reviewing accounts payable aging reports

Prerequisite: QuickBooks Online – Introduction & Navigation Class, or have a familiarity and understanding of the topics covered in that course.
